No thanks.. I personally feel he may be there in the 2nd round.  Im not on the JaMarcus train. Its Joe Thomas then Gaines Adams.

Lets go Gaines Adams, Buster Davis, Amobi Okoye.

Did you see how effortlessly and quickly he launched that ball 50+ yards?

The guy is good.

He'll likely be a top 10 pick.......

I'd still rather have Brohm.

I'd take JR over any QB in this draft.

Brohm every time I see him does not impress me more and more.  He consistently has wide open WR and rather than hitting them in stride he often throws high or behind them.

Impressive that he didn't even step into that throw--even more impressive was the escapability-- although in the NFL he would have ben crushed or that ball would have been picked.

Only way that happens if if he tears his knee up in the bowl game and still decides to come out.

Right...that's what I was thinking.

Good thing his receiver bailed him out on a bad throw.

I have read that he might have the strongest arm in football, which coupled with his size makes him a very desirable QB.

Dude has got a rocket, no question at all about that, but I would rather have Joe Thomas, package a 2nd and 3rd or Rice and something to get back into the first and take Russell, Brohm (if he declares) or Smith. I am really high on Troy Smith.

Russell won't be available further down in round 1. After the Sugar Bowl he will most certainly move into the top 3.  Quinn will have a tough day against LSU's defense and will probably move down.

#3 is too high for JRuss.  Go with Thomas and look for TSmith in Rd 2.  Both have similar playmaking abilities, albeit Smith can run better.  Interesting Video in that TSmith has an eerily similar one against PSU for 60 yds.  I just don't see that big of a diff between the two to justify the pick in Rd 1.
