There are certain houses that cost about $900,000 in our community Krazy, so who do you think lives in something like that - middle or lower class??

What the heck do you know about anything Olaf; because this house here is located on the back section of our community and goes for $750,000 and there's a few nicer ones than that near it. Now do I live in one of those - heck no, ours was appraised at about $234,000 and is located in the front section of this community. You live in Oakstead correct? Or is it Ballantrae or Ivey Lake Estates? I think I saw Oakstead somewhere before.

I live right near there Olaf and where Gunwall is thinking about is totally East of the new Land O Lakes forming.

If you're in Oakstead then the highest sale in the past year is $699,000.  The highest assessment is around $625,000.  YOu have listings up to about $650,000.  And there's no houses in the above mentioned neighborhoods worth $900,000 or even close.  Just saying.

And values are still dropping up there.  Not sure when you're house appraised at $234,000, but chances are it's worth less now.  How much depends on when that appraisal was done (and whether it was a legit appraisal or not).  Just saying.

It was appraised like last October Olaf and so things may have changed since then I'm sure.

that house isnt relatively close to the 750k or 900k mark... my uncle has basically that exact same house in River Ridge.... it's worth just over 300k.

now i have a question... did you go take a picture of the house just to prove to everyone?
