LS Andrew Economos was resigned of course it has gone unnoticed but is was a great move locking up a player that gets very little credit when thing are going good, but the minute the kicking game starts to fail, the finger is usually pointed at him. Considering the team hasnt had a bad snap on punts or field goals in quite some time.

Great players cost a lot of money but help win games. High-priced players - a byproduct of poorly run front offices with bad scouting departments - only cost a lot of money.

One of the most important yet most unheralded position on the team.

No, it wasn't overlooked, there's at least one good-sized thread on the subject here on this forum.

But you never really notice that guy which is great until the snap rolls back to the punter or goes over his head...wish he could do more than snap the ball though...

Without Carl Nix it feels like our running game just took a death blow to the face!

DTG - I guess I should explore the idea of how to use the search tool then, if anyone has any pointers for a not so helpless pain, feel free

While we all wish he could do more, when was the last time we saw a snap go over a Buccaneer Punter's head?

You guys are so eager to push the story you don't like away, you're posting all kinds of nonsensical crap that's all been covered.

By no means am I complaining.  I know the worth of that guy.  Was glad to see it get done.  Be nice if he could run a route, catch a pass, hell even be a decoy.  But that in no way diminishes his value and what he does...
