I have supported Grads since he came in. But I haven't seen the progress that
we all hoped for and expected. Rattay looked okay. His arm is not strong but
he was damn accurate. Wish they would have risked it a bit more in OT.
Nothing to lose. Grads will be on the bench the rest of the way.

So much for Gruden's system sucking. If he has the players, (QB and such) he
