Quote from: Feel Real Good on July 06, 2008, 03:06:53 PMYou guys don't like this because it makes the Bucs look bad, but I'm sure you loved it when PFT was the ONLY source who talked about Michael Vick's Bad Newz Kennels and the Ron Mexico saga. It's one thing to be objective, it's another to be a "hater" (present posters excluded) and argumentitive. I can't think of one fan that is alright with bad stuff being presented to the public about their team. Right, wrong, or indifferent...

The fact that interest is drummed up enough to have some on this board owing a lot of credence to the site and the information on the site would indicate that he's doing what he sets out to do. I don't think he has an anti Buc slant. Rumor sites by nature would lend themselves to negative information.
Thanks for the update yuccaneers. I was very disappointed when I heard about Aqib Talib getting into a fight with Cory Boyd at the rookie symposium. It's good to hear that the fight wasn't as big of a deal as the media made it out to be.
Contrary to statements and intonements made by certain media sources (one of which being ProFootballTalk.com, the other more local), the supposed "fight" between Bucs Rookies Talib and Boyd are greatly exagerated.According to a source close ot the situation, heated words were exchanged and the two men may have gotten in one another's faces, but that's as far as it went before Rob Davis (The Packers Director of Development) stepped between them.Tempers were still flaring as they left the room, and they exchanged a couple words (from a distance) as they left. That's as far as the incident went. There was no fight at all. No swinging of punches.Ratings seem more important than facts in todays media sources it seems.
