That doesnt matter. Its still racist and not irrelevant. If McCain cant say typical black person then Obama cant generalize typical white people. I dont care if hes half white it doesnt mean he should say it.

Bucco, you are so young to be so bitter.  Relax.  Please.  The reason that it is considered unacceptable to say 'typical black person' and not "typical white person" is because of the history of racism against black people in this country.  You know that this is true, so stop pretending it's a level playing field just because things have gotten better for black Americans in recent years.  Judge people by the content of their character, not the color of their skin.

Wright issue should watch the entire sermon (unedited) and then make an informed decision. Save your time trying to dispute the positives Obama brings to the table. Sure you guys are scared of a Socialist state, I get it. None of us know what could be done with a positive and inclusive government. We are all rich and don't want to be taxed more. Let it be clarified he will increase taxes for those that make more than $250,000. From my understanding, that would leave out 90+% of the US population. Someone get the exact percentage if you must.

The video is an excellent propaganda piece and does a great job of using fact, out of context quotes and information to paint the picture the author wants the audience to believe. It's not unlike Farhenheit 911 in that respect. Try reading the links Snopes.com has up about Obama to learn what's fact and what's manipulated truths.

PS  And I used the 'biblical proportions' language because Obama, unlike McCain tries to be all biblical on us when his version of Christianity is pretty skewed compared the majority of Christians in America.

he didn't go to a radical islamic school...the clinton campaign has withdrawn their "madrassa" claims since he just went to a school in indonesia...and i said it isn't all factual...i didn't make a blanket statement that the video wasn't true

some of the stuff in there is true and some of it is taken out of context...most of it is partial quotes that are extremely misleading...the quote about the lapel pin was, when complete, obama saying that he wasn't going to wear the pin in order to prove his patriotism...and our military members don't put their hand over their hearts during the national anthem either and you don't question them about it

also the video throws out random things that have nothing to do with each other...my dad is a christian from new york and i'm niether so what does obama's dad being a muslim from africa have to do with his religion or the presidency

what does "all biblical on us" mean and how is his version of christianity skewed compared to the majority of christian americans...catholics are christians and so are protestants and so are mormons and lutheran and baptist and orthodox but they all have different versions...also, christianity, judaism and islam are all abrahamic religions...our fight isn't with muslims, it is with terrorists that have radical islamic views...there are skewed versions of every religion...so please explain the validity and relevance of your statement

On the flag lapel pin - he repeatedly removed it and he didn't wear it.  He also many time refused to place his hand on his heart for the star spangled banner.  He refused these thing because of his skewed black liberation religion.  Then showing his inherent racism, he keeps bringing it up in his politics.  Have you read any of his books?  They are filled with racist comments about how white people put the black man down and stuff like that. 

Now that his base has elected him, he is trying to placate the rest of America by wearing the pin.  That doesn't discount his ridiculous views that he believes in.  And the church he went to for over 20 years has been identified as racist by black Christians who attended and subsequently left.  Once again, the only reason Barrack left is to placate the white Americans. 

On another note, I suggest everybody read Obama Nation coming out on August 17.  In it the author traveled the world interviewing Obama's relatives, friends, classmates and teachers.  And he did attend that Muslim school.  Not that I ever said that takes away his ability to lead. It's just a fact to acknowledge and weigh.  He attended advanced Islamic studies in Jarkata, Indonesia for a 2 year period.

He is a racist; he is an elitist and he is an inexperienced but polished speaker.

And for the record, being a Christian isn't required to get my vote.  I voted for Mitt Romney and I am still pissed that the conservative vote was split between Huckabee (whom I cannot stand), Thompson and Romney.  I never wanted McCain as our Presidential candidate.  He is much more qualified than Barrack Hussein Obama and John McCain will get my vote. 

Another thing for all of you defending B.O. - he's had a 10 point drop in registered voters supporting him in the last week.  Do you know why?  Because of his racist views and his lack of experience.

If you are making the argument that Obama is more experienced and qualified than Romney would have been, you would be horribly mistaken.

Neither McCain or Obama are qualified for the Presidency, but McCain does have the experience advantage.
