I mentioned that I created one in a different thread but I thought I would get the word out definately.

I have started a little FF league on Yahoo.com that requires 10 people to play in. The draft is set on the 30th at 6 pm and is live. We need 7 more people and its free. I would love to get as many people playing as possible so it can be a fun experience.

Yeah, I signed up but I could not tell if that was the roster breakdown or the lineups. I did notice the points were  something I'd never seen before.

Bucco40- any chance you might be willing to go with something more traditional? might garner a bit more interest.

I did it this way last year and I thought it was so much more fun then the regular type. The ability to pick defensive players seperately is really alot of fun. Plus it adds up alot more points overall so I think there is more competition and emphasis on watching both sides of the ball for FF.

IDP is fine, but why would you start 2 Team defenses as well?  But hey to each his own.  I'm sure it will be great for some, but it gave me a headache just looking at it.

Thats really what we did last year and I did really well with it. Taking Tampa Bay and Chicago Defense helped me win a few games. It just puts alot of emphasis on both sides of the ball when you watch a Football game for the sole purpose of FF.

It doesn't make sense.  You could have IDP players and your opponent have the team.  Just doesn't make sense.  And the point system is a little extreme, but like I said to each his own.  Good luck.

This is about the craziest damn thing I have ever seen. Have fun. Is there really any strategy to this? It looks so crazy, anyone could win. Seems like a league where the luckiest person wins, not necessarily the most savvy Fantasy player.

It makes it easier for everyone and alot more fun in my opinion. I can fix it if needed but I think playing with alot of points is alot of fun and doesnt let the guy with the absolutely stacked team the best record.

no. you basically removed all skill from the game, but it's your league do as you wish.
