That was pretty obvious on the night.

I don't really get the American media and publics obsession with picking holes in every little thing at the games.  Maybe the fact we might not top the medal table and China is getting more important in the world is hitting a nerve.

It was obvious that the voice she lip synched to belonged to another kid?

Yeah... What is the matter with Americans?

I never understood the hate for Milli Vanilli either.

I don't get all the furore that has arisen from the opening ceremony. I thought it was one of the most amazing spectacles I'd ever seen in my life and hats off to the Chinese for putting on a breathtaking ceremony.

Personally I am glad they substituted the bucked toothed goofy little kid for something more appealing.

Its the whole culture of karaoke, American Idol, etc.... Its all glitz, and no one appreciates something with substance that takes years to nurture and perfect. I'm glad someone called non specific waste matter on it.

Seems like a good idea to me as well. I now ask you to step to the side so I may take your place on this thread. ;D

Nothing like a buck toothed, goofy kid to ruin a perfectly good opening ceremony.

Actually, it was a pretty de**CENSORED**able thing to do.

lip syncing should be a crime, except in church.

Why do you necessarily have to be wrong just because a few million people think you are?
