With the improved OL, yes.

Garcia will play well this year, like last year, and won't get roughed up as much. I'd say he misses 2 games this year.

It's great to have some depth at the position.   Enough to go the full 19 games. ;)

QB-A a professional football player for 15 years. QB-B a professional football player for 17 years.


You can stop right here too. The reason you had to put "professional football player" and NOT "NFL player" is another building block to the debate of good vs great QB's.
You should start over from the beginning then, because this isn't a debate between good vs great. This is a debate between a mediocre to bad QB who people are making excuses for. Saying he's rusty vs saying he's just not good.

You're misinterpretting.  I'm saying the reason Garcia is "rusty" is because he's only a good QB... not a great QB like Favre.

Garcia only missed 2 last year. The others he was held out as a precaution but could have played.
