yea as it was a 54 yarder....It wouldn't make me sleep any better at night if we lose by 2 points because Bryant missed a 54 yarder in the regular season...


There is nothing we can do now.  Ride it out with him unless he struggles in the reg season, then add another kicker...but you can bet next pre-season we will bring in another kicker just to let Bryant know he has to get his head out of his ass.  That kicker may not even attempt a kick, but will still keep Bryant on his toes..

Wow....that sucked.  Gruden didn't seem mad at McCown at all.  Which he shouldn't be for that drive but we all know how Gruden is.

One kicker in camp is crazy.   Their legs get absolutely worn out kicking so much.

FYI, in 2006, FG attempts of 50 yards or greater were converted only 47% of the time. Don't have full season stats for 2007, but it was 45% through the first 6 weeks.
