One of the incentives in the new Simms contract is a $500,000 bonus if he grows a new spleen. The league has classified this contractual item as "unlikely to be earned" thus not affecting the salary cap.

Incentives? Ha. They can't put incentives in Larry Brackins' deal, because he'll reach them...probably all in one game.

True, he's an unselfish man however, and I say man since he's really 269 years old...you would never know however.
