Assuming that AD will be moved to RG, that leaves Buenning the odd man out.  What a waste, he showed so much promise.

Why would AD play LG? His run blocking hasn't been anything special and his pass blocking obviously blows.

AD will find a spot on the bench,or become a turnstile for some other team.

My mistake, LG.  But with Buenning tearing his ACL, he's questionable for the beginning of next year.  AD will be moved to LG.  He may have gone undrafted, but I think AD has done at least okay this year, all things considered.  He would be a monster as LG.

That's why we're gonna sign Eric Steinbach, so he can play LG until Buenning is ready then move back to Center.

That sounds cool if we can sign him.  Is Steinbach a center now or guard?

He plays guard right now for Cincy but he can play center as WELL as tackle.

He can play Tackle but not very well, and he has only played Center as a stop gag. I am not really for paying that much money to a Guard when we just drafted one in the first round last year.

AD has improved each year and, although he's had his rough spots, he's a great role player for us.

I hope we keep him, one way or another.  He could play LG in Beunning's early-season absence.

No way AD moves to LG ... either he'll stay as a backup for both T and G, or we'll trade him ... versatile lineman have pretty good value, I just think we need him more than we need a 4-6th rd pick.

We need to go after Shaun O'Hara and stop speculating about guys who can possibly play center. O'Hara is big, nasty and a very good center.

Except Buenning will probably not be ready opening day next year.  That's why I can see us keeping him around.  I think he'll stick for one more year at least here in Tampa.

Has anyone gotten a medical report as to how the knee looked in surgury. An ACL alone is no longer a year long injury and a good chance he could be there for trhe start of the season.

Or we could go with Braham or Tobeck, both very good Centers.
