If Edell Sheppard's was a drop, then so was that.

Did not maintain control TO THE FINISH of the play on a 'catch' in the endzone.

I have to admit, after watching the game again today, I thought the same thing. And then, thought,
"Nahhhh. He flipped it."

But I'm not sure.

Oh well. Too bad. Game over.

I just watched the replay in slow motion. That was a catch. He dropped it after he started spinning to stand back up. No question about it though, he had full control of that ball laying on his back on the ground.

Take it off  [ PAUSE ].

Once more, the thread starter lives up to his screen name.  Hot Air and it IS Chronic.

Do YOU have a "Pause" button?  Perhaps a "Stop".  Maybe even a "Delete".

It was a catch.  Stop trying to attract fake attention.

You are looking like Bornabuc Jr.

Breaking News!

Bears WIN!

Seriously though. You think on a play of that magnitude a dropped touchdown pass would go unnoticed by the fans, the announcers, the coaching staff of the Chicago Bears, the refs, and the booth?

If you don't like to see a franchise win.

Don't root for them.

Geez. So many people calling names. And now someone being my "spokesperson".

Greatly designed play...just not an "NFL rules" touchdown catch.

Problem is dude, it WAS a catch.  He maintained control, he was dropped to his knee, and he he fell down, and flipped the ball.  It is not comparable to Edell Shep vs. The Redskins.  Shep fell down, hit the ground andlost control after he hit the ground.

Stevens hit the ground with his knee, and at that point, he was down and in control.

TOUCHDOWN!

I did not call you any name.  Merely stated you lived up to your screen name.  As for your spokesperson?  Well, you really don't need one....most people with possession of something cerebral figured you out already.

So hard to be negative when the team wins, but some can summon all their resources and invent, create or even contrive negatives.  Well done hotair.  The penultimate buccs fan - an award you entitled to - now that bornabucc/bucs47 isn't here...
