I know it's hindsight and I wasn't a part of saying who we should draft, but...

Who wouldn't take AP now over Adams? Man these guys were right when they said
it would have been smart to have a two-headed running attack. And one of the
reasons (Hate) given was Caddy being injury prone. VERY insightful...

Also some very stupid posts on that thread. You'll see them.

I wish I had this insight when it comes to the draft. I'm not a college football
guy so I am very ignorant when it comes to who we should draft.

I wish Chrispy would have been our GM, if only for our first pick.

I could go through and hindsight a million folks.

The Bucs did not need Adrain Peterson.  They had Caddy, Pittman, and Graham.  Now it is GRaham.  Who knew that this would happen?

The BUcs needed pass rush, went that way, and I still think considering the state of things, it was a good idea to do this.  Gaines might snap into, might not.  But if the Bucs drafted Adrian Peterson, how well would he have done with this offense?

Gimme a break.  I would not have drafted Adrian Peterson, and I cannot recall too many people saying do it.  As a matter of fact, MOST people were actually bashing the thought of Adrian PEterson being drafted.

I never said Adrian Peterson was not talented.  I said the Bucs did not need him.

Speaking of a running back

Marion Barber III is a free agent next year. But the Cowboys have new deals to give with Crayton and Romo hopefully we can take one of those 3

The fact that they were right about this one is not a big deal.

But the way so many others were soooooo adamant that they were right about not
drafting AP is interesting to read and says something about certain posters. Some of
who are long gone...

If Caddy was not hurt, and Pittman was not hurt, the CASE FOR DRAFTING AP would be a buried topic.

Of course, being that some losers like to rehash lame topics makes me chuckle.

Face it, I could say the case for drafting Amobe Okoye, or the case for drafting Steven Jackson, or the case for drafting Patrick Willis, or the case for drafting Wes Welker....

I could go on if you want.  But the fact is I am VERY adamant that injuries are hypothetical, until reality.  Who would have thought the BUcs would have gotten THIS skinny at the running back spot?

Even Gruden was not ready for that.  And he is a OFFENSIVE MINDED coach, right?
