I just read his comments he made today...
"I've got a rule that I'm not talking about any of that stuff," Saban said.

And his agent has declined comment.

If he was going to stay with Miami, wouldn't he come right out and publically and fully decline the Alamaba offer?

If I had to make a bet, I bet on Saban leaving the 'Phins.

Plus the fact that Saban has been on record as saying he likes to and prefers to coach 18-22 year old men.

How does a college afford to pay more than an NFL team?  How much is he making in Miami?

Sucks for Miami but I don't see how you could pass up Alabama's offer. Great program, more power over personell, job security, and an absurd salary.

I love how he is so "honest" with his team.

I'll bet you that Gruden will try to swoop in and get the job.....he is such a liar.

Huge ego, not a gruden guy,  doesn't use MIKE.

I actually laughed out loud at that one.    Great stuff!

Back in the day, coaches like John McKay left USC, **CENSORED** Vermeil left UCLA, Ray Perkins left Alabama to come and coach in the NFL.   It's strange how NFL coaches are now leaving the NFL to go coach college.

Its Alabama. Their program is LOADED.

Dolorus Jason on a ban bet with me over the BCS Championship: \"You have your bet. I ain\'t scurred.\"- 12/8 \"Youre being banned from your own stupidity. Enjoy.\"-12/8 \"Prepare for your ban .\" -12/9 \"Miyagi gonna be banned.\"-12/9 \"Best bet I ever made ...\"-12/9 \"Miyagi mad , gettin banned.\"-12/9\"You mIght need a break from the board. Our bet should help you do just that.\"-12/10 11:38 AM
 \"The bet is off now.\"12/10 1:24 PM

Reports are Steelers are pushing Cowher for a decision today too. I'd say he's gone as well. When the wife says I'm leaving, taking the kids and you can join us if you want, then sounds like the decision is already made.

for that kind of jack 8-10 years 35-40 million and seemingly better job security than the NFL, he would have to be crazy not to.

Gruden: Simms is gonna be a helluva quaterback- unless I screw it up.
