How could a team like SD with all that talent struggle with those scrubs from KC...  Could be KC is not that far away from being...  dare I say a pretty good team...   Nah, we just got lucky last week against a horrible Chiefs team     ::) ::)

We didn't get lucky. We totally dominated the final 37-38 minutes of the game. For the one call (which was questionable) we got, we didn't get several.
They're not good per se, but they are improving. They've been competitive in five of nine games now so your perspective is off a bit.

Fair enough, msakaniwa.
KC will finish this season as an improved team. They have a long way to go, but they're building with picks and haven't given up on their coach yet. They're bad, but not hopeless.

Sounds a little bit familiar.  I don't think they are as bad as their record would indicate.  Not like they are getting blown out like the Raiders and Lions.  Hell, they are usually in the driver's seat heading into the fourth quarter.

1. There's a reason Norv Turner has been fired as many times as he has.
2. LaDainian Tomlinson may have entered Shaun Alexander territory and they don't have Michael Turner anymore.
3. No more Shawn Merriman and his pretty decent backup, Jyles Tucker, has been injured some, too.

Wouldn't that be a shame. One of the greatest talents I've ever seen.

i like the call by Herm to go for 2 and the win. Sends a strong message to the team.
