It's beyond difficult to keep him under 100yrds because of his running style. Dude never gives up and when you think you have him he stays up and dives for 5 yrds

I didn't think we'd keep Marion Barber as quiet as we did so there's hope for us as far as stopping AD is concerned. However, AD is a different animal and it'll be job well done if we keep him from running wild.

Honestly, who cares if they give up 150 yards to AP as long as they shut down the rest of the offense and stop him when it counts, before he reaches the endzone.

The unmentioned defense against Peterson doesn't not play on the defense. What we need are a few 10 minute offensive drives...buc ball...dink and dunk
down the field, get into the endzone....3 and out on defense and then repeat.  Peterson can't hurt us if he isn't on the field!

If we can score early and hopefully get up by 2 scores then they'll have to start passing it more. So perhaps the best way for us to stop AD is by being as effective as possible on Offense.

Dont get me wrong, our D is great, but I would say Peterson has a better chance to run up and down us then he does get shut down by us.

Like others have said, he can still run for 100-120 and maybe a TD.  We just have to win the game.

I think if we lose 1 of the next 2 against Minny or DET, we better lower our expectations....but I'm sure many already did that after the Dallas loss.  Of course, we forget about losses after wins, but still....we need to win these very winnable games.

No 100, no TD.

No win either.  Too bad, so sad.  Have fun missing the playoffs again.  AP is no AD.  Barry Sanders was AD.
