I love it, Tony Romo buys a movie ticket for a homeless man and makes front page news nationally. Warrick Dunn buys several homes for single mothers, and you hear about it on the local news sometimes.

Not true, Warrick Dunn has been recognized nationally for his programs.

You would not hate him if he was in a buc uniform...

Hey I don't start many and I want credit when I do damn it.   ;D

Still not sure why you posted the same article unless it was to save people from scrolling to the top of the thread. ;)

Sorry... My feathers got a little ruffled... 67 million dollar man... 5 dollar movie ticket.

A great thought never the less and I am sure the experience is what counts for the professionally unprofessional one.

Think this quote was the kicker:

"For me, it was a blessing," Doc said. "It came at just the right time. It gave me some encouragement and faith in mankind. I just wanted to say thank you."

You do that for somebody and you've had a better day than most...

$5.00 movie ticket?  ha ... ha ... bwhahahahahahahahhahahahaha

anyway, gesture not the money.  it's easy to write a check.  there were other instances of him doing things ... like the tire changing.   I don't change my own tire ... that's what AAA is for.

With this defense, imagine how nice it would be to have a qb that actually threw the ball INTO the EZ.

Better he change a tire than help his brother chop firewood, less risky.
