I think FloridaNative should take a day or two off from the playoff seeding hypotheticals...

the ideal situation would be Bucs get #2 seed, and Dallas gets the #6 seed (to defeat Giants for us).   if Dallas isnt in #6 seed, then Id rather see Carolina or Atlanta in that spot, and Dallas stay home for the playoffs.

If all 3 (ATL, CAR, TPA) go 3-1, the Bucs are in.

Carolina would have to go 4-0 to win the Div. That means beating the Bucs and the NYG. Not a likely scenario.

ATL can only win if TPA and CAR virtually collapse.

Carolina's remaining schedule is brutal but I believe that they can and will pull it off.

(well ideally, I have us winning out so it is biased)

If we take care of business and win out I think the G-men can lose to CAR and DAL

We are in contention for the #1 seed if we win out, but we dont have a cakewalk (Except for the raiders)

if Bucs lose to Carolina AND Atlanta,  the Bucs can still get the #2 seed, assuming New Orleans takes care of business in their games vs Carolina and Atlanta.  Obviously Bucs would have to beat SD and Oak in RJ.     In a way, we want Carolina and Atlanta to beat the Bucs to get better records to push Dallas and/or the Redskins out of the playoffs.   My point is, its not the end of the word if the Bucs lose Carolina and Atlanta.

That officially can't happen...just typed that in after today's results, and we would be at best a 3 seed if we lose to both CAR and ATL.

If Philly wins the next 3, they will get the #6 seed. IMO, they are peaking at the right time, and their team matches up very well against us.
