Gators ~vs~ Buckeyes thread

I will be glued to my set about 90 minutes from now, and I am going to make my prediction of:

GATORS 29 and BUCKEYES 27

Well, I am a Gator fan, so I will be watching the game.  I think they will cover the spread, but fail to win a close one.

I hope the Gators win, it seems like everyone I work with is a Buckeye fan and have been talking crap for a month now.  I really hope that the Gators rip them a new one, but I think it will be a close game that is decided in the 4th quarter.

Ill be flipping between Georgetown and Villanova... in my mind its NFL playoffs and CBB conference play. They should have played this game last week

OK, here's my take. I lost a lot of respect for OSU after seeing USC beat the hell out of Michigan. It proved to me that they really weren't as good as I thought they were. I think UF's speed on defense will be the difference in this game. OSU has not faced a defense as good as Florida's all year long and it will prove to be the edge for UF IMO. Florida by a touchdown.

Michigan has speed on defense no doubt but not as much as UF.  The Ohio State defense versus the Flordia offense will be the key I think in this game. 

I'm supposed to be out there but reluctantly cancelled my flight friday nite. 4 of my buddies went anyway without tix. I just talked to them and they said the cheapest tix they could find on the streets were $1800.

OSU is not going to take this Florida D. Troy Smith is a good quarterback no doubt but he will struggle against the speed of the Florida D. Florida's O is pretty consistent enough to take an early lead. Gators win by a TD
