I really think with Gaines Adams we could make the switch to the 3-4. I think he could be a 15+ sack a season guy in this system.

The hard part would be getting the defensive linemen to fit the system, plus we would need another 3-4 ILB besides Ruud, and it is debatable if Ruud could play the 3-4.

What are your thoughts on the personnel switch to the 3-4 if we got a head coach like Rex Ryan?

I dont think we have the personnel to do this. We would have to turn over most of the Defensive roster for this to work properly

I dont like the idea.

no...we have (historically) one of the best defenses and schemes in the game today. Why scrap everything because of 3 (4?) bad games???
