Well from "inside" sources that are close to Noel Devine Say that he is thinking to go to Tampa seeing as 2 of his best friends already have committed there. I think the offense could fit him well and would be a wise choice. I think the real competition is between USF and West Virginia.

That would be great, but he apparently is planning on going to a prep school to get his academics in place first.

On Scout.com USF is not even listed as a team recruiting him.  What type of "inside source" did you hear this from?

By most accounts I have seen he was listed as 4 stars coming out of HS and 4 stars now....he is generally around the 30-40 range of RB.  If he were a 5 star he would be higher.  Maybe he is "5 star" for a JC player....

Anyway does it really even matter?  He's a good prospect regardless of how many stars.  Given that this is USF it is a GREAT signing.  Probably their best recruit to date.
