You can always carry money over from year to year if you don't spend it.

You can always carry money over from year to year if you don't spend it. Once more--NO YOU CAN'T!! Look it up. Under the cap one year you lose it the next yesr. IT DOES NOT ROLL OVER and never has. Geez!! If the cap is say 120 million and you are 20 million under and only spend 100 million you can not spend up to 140 million the next year. The cap is the cap and you can't make it higher with money saved from the previous year. Big football experts!!
Regarding the QB position, Allen said "We're going to make sure we give the quarterback position the proper attention," and he made a point to reference some of the first-round picks that are playing QB for playoff teams right now.
