How long do you guys think it will take for the team to be competitive again and reach a record like the 2008 9-7 record?    I am guessing the Bucs will be below .500 for the next 5 years and competitive again in 2014.

Ignorance at its finest!!!

I really don't like bringing up all the old post, but this one is really funny.

Wonder what kind of spike this season will bring to season ticket sales. Still probably not enough to stop the blackouts.  The Bucs need to get creative with offers. There are just too many open seats right now - it'll take several good seasons to bring the fans back.

Who would have guessed they would have a schedule with 10 teams that had losing records who pretty much all lost their starting QB for the game they played the Bucs?

Miracles are possible.   Look for a loss to the Saints and a 6-10 record next year....

Look for Benn-Grimm-Price-Mc Coy-Talib-Faine-Joseph-Tanard Jackson-to come back with 2highly drafted DE'S and a 13-3 record next year..

They will all come back.   But record will be 6-10 at best.

The point is that you don't fire the guy that gets you 9 wins unless the guy you are hiring is going to get you at least 10 wins.

Damn right!
