i doubt hes picked that low, it really depends on team needs. The Lions, Titans, Raiders, and Bucs have more immediate needs than running back. If this was an Acl or MCL i think his stock would drop significantly, but a broken collarbone is a much easier injury to come back from (doesnt effect running ability).
