The Bucs are reportedly dangling DT Anthony McFarland in trade talks.
Injured CB Brian Kelly is also available, according to FoxSports.com's Jay Glazer. Tampa is said to be looking for a first-day pick in exchange for McFarland, which would clearly be too much for the underachiever.
