Mine would have to be Jim Bates. After looking into his defensive philosophy, my worries about Monte leaving have diminished.

Here's a short read for those of you that are unfimiliar with the defense we will be running next year. Sorry if it's been posted before.

I also really like the Jagodzinski hiring. Earnest Graham will love the zone-blocking scheme and...... cough cough LeSean McCoy would fit in nicely.
Jagodzinski will impliment lots of play action. We all know that McCown has a very worthy play action fake.

It is very easy for me, finally after not having a true offensive coordinator it has to be Jagodzinski, as now there will be a buffer between the guy calling the plays and the guy who ultimately decides who starts and who doesnt

agreed.

If we actually had an OC, he'd have been fired long time ago.

Mangurian is my favorite hire... From what I've read he's VERY intelligent, and he's a great coach. He's a big reason for the Falcon's offensive line becoming what they did way back in 2001.

I also see Mangurian as our long-term solution at offensive coordinator, as I don't see  Jagodzinski being here for more than a couple years...

Mine will be Bryant - yea - I know it was a Coaches thread - but damn it is nice having a good receiver on the team.

my favorite hire this offseason would be Mark Dominik.  I think he has what it takes.  Im concerned about his negotiating, if he is handling that, but i think his scouting ability will be great.

Jags. He actually has given this team hope about grooming a QB, for once.

Looking for that franchise QB since 1983.

To be honest, I haven't seen 1 hire I can be negative about, so whoever is doing the hiring (Dominik or Morris) is doing a great job so far!

Jags and Manchurian.  Bates will be solid I think but it's going to be nice to have a real offensive guy and not just one who's been labeled that for no reason.

Manchurian.

Did we hire him?  I thought he was just a "candidate"

;)

har har  Now I can't go edit it for the spelling!  ;D  I'm stoked about Mangurian though.   For me though anyone not named Muir would have been nice.
