It's pretty obvious Clayton can't get any seperation on any pass that's not a slant across the middle.
Well on the other hand there's something to be said about catching slants across the middle.

Clayton came through today and we all need to be proud of him. I think Clayton will turn out to be just fine.

You can F whatever you want but that doesn't change the facts. He doesn't get any seperation. Almost every pass he catches has to be a perfect throw because the defenders are on him so tight!

yeh he played well. he is what he is. He cannot stretch the field but in zone coverage, short in's, outs and slants he can get open and is tough as hell. great td work.

Clayton finally contributed. Now he should shut his mouth and do it again next week.

i like that clayton was a big part of the game plan today. we need more balance out of our receivers.  he caught 6 balls, dropped 1, and grads threw at least another 3 incompletions in his direction. thats at least 10 looks, which is probably more attempts in his direction  than he saw in the previous 4 games combined.  i especially like the way he responded after dropping the first ball thrown his way.  good for him.

This was exactly what Michael Clayton needed. Having spoken about wanting to get more involved in the offense earlier this week, he couldnt have expected much better than to receive the game winning pass. He stepped it up big time today, and I think a chunk of this victory should be credited to him. Personally, I'm extatic to see him back playing at full speed again. Good on ya Michael!!!

amen, but he wont get that many opportunities in the future, grad wont be throwing 44 times each week. If he does more than 1 bad thing will happen, we protected great and grad got a bit lucky with sum iffy throws at times
