I like that his $600b is just a "down payment" but if we need more than we'll just raise taxes.

I happened to catch one of Obama's "economic advisors" on CNBC this afternoon. She was downright GLEEFUL as she talked to Maria about bending the taxpayer over and going to town.

It was almost surreal as she talked about he healthcare costs to the nation...I felt like I was watching a movie where the face and words of the antagonist are sticky-sweet, but, underneath it all, the "hit" on the "unsuspecting" was already in motion.

Not sure if this clip is the whole interview, but, you'll get the idea:

What do you expect from a UC Berkeley Economics Professor. Of course she's happy to spend other people's money.

Aren't most down payments 10-20% of the total bill?

...and you know Soros is moving BILLIONs around to position for the fall and rise.

Funny all these rich and/or famous folks support Obama and the Far Looney Left while they "rail against the rich" but, they avoid most all taxes like the plague.

I need to find the numbers but when Medicare was passed in the 1960's the estimated cost by 2000 was about 1000% lower than actual costs so 10-20% might be low.

I always wanted a box on the tax form that was "Additional Taxes You'd Like to Pay". That way people who think the government needs/deserves more of their money can put their money where their mouth is.

Somebody please tell I have misunderstood this, there is a anticipated budge DEFICIT for the year 2010 of 3.6 Trillion? For that year alone, not cumulative and taking into account what do have money to pay for?

I'm pretty sure those people can cut a check to the gov't anytime they want.  Unfortunately, they are just hypocrites.

I dont know what everyone is complaining about.  He promised change, we're gettign it.  We're changing from a democratic republic to a socialist nation.

"there are no medals here for who can stay at the office the longest," said Jagodzinski. "I'm not into that. The guys that brag about working till 2 in the morning, in my opinion, they're just not smart enough. "

18,2,25,13 ... murderers row?
