Won't the saints have to give up their first round pick since they signed him b4 march 1?

This is getting insane. I am pissed off right now. First the Bucs get outbid by the frickin 8 mil under the cap Skins for Hayensworth, and now Vilma stays on the damn Saints. The good players are dissapearing and the Bucs haven't made a single signing. I am not done with the Bucs, I am excited for next season, but what the hell is going on?

Yeah 0 for 2. Man we tried to get Vilma, but he does have a brain and can choose. He chose to stay a MLB, how is that the Bucs missing?

How so? Vilma would have to switch positions to play here which he didn't want to do.

Vilma wants to play MLB, I was just reading a story on it.

Apparently, he feels uncomfortable not being the middle linebacker... I'm disappointed, but NEXT!

This is highly depressing news. Maybe Vilma is just using the "stay at MLB" as an excuse. I also would like to see what the offer was to him. I really hope they didn't low ball him. Got the money, now spend it!

I'm interested in seeing the offers we made for these two guys. If we made fair offers, fine, but something tells me Mark is being Mr big bad negotiator trying to form a reputation for himself.

Although if you look at our situation players might just not want to play here, we need a lot of work and we don't exactly have the most experienced guys in the world running the ship, excluding Bates of course.
