They asked him who he thinks the Bucs should target and he told them Shaun Rogers. What do you guys think? He has been the 2nd most productive DT in the NFL the past couple seasons behind Haynesworth.

Yeah, that was a funny interview. He called Shefter out for not knowing that is was going to go down until the last minute.

Did you hear who he also wanted?

A certain released CB from Detroit...

I loved it when he said Shaun Rogers though.  It shows even HE knows the BUcs need a CB and a DT.

If the Browns release Rogers I think the Bucs are all over it...but I'd have to imagine they'd want a first day pick for him - and if that's true, we don't have the ammo to get him. Leigh Bodden would be nice...

rogers would be a major feat, but my understanding is that it would be a pretty serious cap hit for the browns.  unfortunately our latest cuts have left us strong only on the O-line, so our options for trading players are limited.....i'd give up this year's 3rd and next year's second for rogers

i have no problem trading draft picks as long as it's for proven players under 27....rogers is older than that but he's a freak of nature.
