So if Thomas is gone do go with CJ or do you trade down and go defense?

If no Thomas (depending on combine maybe even if he's there) you go with CJ.  He's too good to pass up.

It is not every draft that you have the chance to get a tackle like thomas so if he is there take him if not go with the sexy pick and get CJ. Let me ask you this now if both are gone and we get the third pick what do you do?

I would definitely take a look at trade options if Thomas is not on the board.

If both are gone I would want whichever QB Gruden thought was better.

Really, I don't know about either QB they both scare me. Also, we might bring in someone like Carr from Houston or Plummer from Denver.

There is no question, you draft CJ if he is there.  If CJ isn't there, then you draft Joe Thomas if he is available.  Unless you have two great WRs on your roster, you don't pass on one.  He is clearly the most talented player in this draft.  Passing on him, for whatever reason, would be plain stupidity.

Can CJ run/pass block defensive lineman?

Can CJ apply pressure to the opponent's pocket?

No?

How's he going to strengthen the Bucs then?

WR depth?

Good thinking.     :(

i think if hes there we should get him and trade up to get the penn state tackle then get us some defensive players for the rest of the draft and through free agency. get another vet qb then well be a much better team than last year.

So do you go with Adams with the third pick in the draft?

I could also ask you who's going to catch passes and threaten teams deep?  This logic is way too simple minded to actually work in anything as complicated as football.  Yes we need to rush the QB, yes we need to protect the QB, and yes we also need more than one viable pass catching option.

I would rather have Joe Thomas than CJ, but to attempt to break it down into something so crude is ridiculous.
