Who says I "hate" him personally?   I have never even met him.   I do hate that a kid is now coach of our professional team though.  It's ridiculous.   He wasn't ready to be defensive coordinator yet and would have struggled with that job, let alone head coach.

But who knows if he isn't ready until he actually coaches? Why so quick to jump on him like it's his fault he is HC?

I saw his interview with the press when he accepted the job.   I don't need to see anything else to know he's not ready.

Yo Hate, can I get a rematch? That holding call gave you game when we played last year.

So if you judge people's talents by how well they can give a speech, than you must be on Obama's nuts then?

No, that would be you.   That's been obvious for months.   You are also on Raheem's nuts.

Why do you hate Morris and are so quick to judge him?

He's a kid.   Have you ever heard any other coach in NFL history even mention playing Madden?

No because eventually people are going to have to get younger. People have to get starts somewhere. Madden came out in 88 and Morris was like 12 then. He WAS a kid. He grew up playing Madden unlike coaches in their 40's and more. It's a generational thing.

I'm 45 and I've played Madden.   I would never mention it as a job skill though (even if I was a head coach in the NFL).

You gonna be around to take the verbal beating if Raheem does a good job this year?   Sure hope so.    Most rational people wait til the regular season to judge a new coach and not his first press conference.

I'll likely be around.  But it's not so likely he'll do a good job.   I envision Raheem doing about as good a job as head coach as Hardy Nickerson did as a Bucs radio commentator.

Raheem just gets more legendary as each day goes by.

As a legendary joke.

I still think Raheem is the Glazer's stop-gap option. If he does well...great. But if not, letting him go won't cost much and they can bring in a high-profile coach either next year or the following.

Who says I "hate" him personally? I have never even met him. I do hate that a kid is now coach of our professional team though. It's ridiculous. He wasn't ready to be defensive coordinator yet and would have struggled with that job, let alone head coach.

John Madden himself was only 32 when he became a head coach. So maybe these so called 'kids" can do better than the old, set-in-their-ways, outdated, retreads that use to recirculate throughout the NFL coaching ranks. The owners are wising up.
