I agree with the OP to a point. This front office has become inept in doing deals. McCown could be a HOF QB, Chances are he is no better then Gradkowski. I am with the latter. I now believe and hope the glaziers are selling. The have dismantled this team to be the 76 bucs again.

Get rid of of Coach....Check
get rid of able body Defensive Players...check
Devalue franchise ...check

We have no QB, no Defensive, and a coach that has not even been a coordinator.

I see 1-15, and a new coach next year.

I hope I am wrong, but will not think about it again till Sept/August.

Orton was pretty good last season and is better than anyone we could have offered at the QB position. I guess that was the difference.
