Fact is, simply saying "new coaches, new QB = bad team" is just a broad generalization based on most teams in that situation. But the truth is most teams in that situation are coming out of several years of terrible football teams and front office decisions, and most of the time that statement would be accurate. However in the case of the BUcs it doesnt take more than 10-15 minutes of analyzing our recent history and our current situation to determine that we arent the typical "new coach + new QB = terrible team"
No, we're worse because our "starting" QB is a career 3rd stringer. Most teams don't ride that deep into the pine to find a guy who can play. If LM is a stiff this defense won't be anywhere near what it has been (our front 7 might be as bad as any in the league) and this team is gonna get ripped.

The Bucs are going to score touchdowns. Morris already said so.
One of the drawbacks of winning it all was too many delusions of ''one more good season.''
Actually, I'm rooting for the Bucs to win, but for the TV broadcasters on Paul and Curt's TV sets to say they lost! But yes, rebuilding began too late. One of the drawbacks of winning it all was too many delusions of ''one more good season.''
Actually, that kick more field goals comment was made after they got rid of Grammatica. Martin had missed so damn many field goals the year before, the comment was meant to mean that they will not miss as many field goals. Are you really naive enough to believe any coach wants a field goal rather than a TD? Kicking a field goal may not be better than a TD (no duh), but it's better than missing a field goal.
