Why the Dungy hating?

The reason I believe Gruden should be fired has nothing to do with Dungy.

Does Dungy coach for the Bucs anymore?? No, he doen't stop living in the past. Respect what he did but support OUR team and OUR Coach! The same people who are riding Dungy like a pornstar are the same ones who were cursing him out when he continued to get the Bucs HUMILIATED in the playoffs. I just hate all the goobers who say "Dungy was such a nice man" Nice guys don't ALWAYS win, the Bucs didn't need him to be nice. They needed him to kick their asses. He didn't have what it takes to get MY team to the super bowl. But he has what the Colts needed to get there. I don't care if my head coach goes to church and is a super duper nice guy. I wanna win Championships and beat the Eagles! Dungy didn't win 1 Championship for the Bucs organazation, he doesn't coach here anymore so he is the enemy! If he isn't wearing Pewter, to hell with him!!

The thing I really don't like about Dungy is that when you watch him coach the Colts, he doesn't really coach. What I mean, is that how many times have you seen a quarterback call timeout and not discuss what to do with his head coach? Well I know Manning is great but it just bothers me to see him only talk to Tom Moore, Dungy just stands away not even involved in any decisions. Sure he was brought in to sure up the defense... but cmon to see that he is the most winningest coach now is kind of a joke The offense is the key to that team and he adds nothing. I also don't understand why people say he deserves to win the super bowl.

How do you know what he is or is not doing?  If you ask his players they will tell you he's a great coach & his calm demeanor keeps them all calm.  You don't have to make stupid faces, scream curses, & mturn red in the face to coach.

That said, it seems many of the people who hate on GruAllen seem to put Dungy and Mckay on pedestals. I swear those two are looked upon by some like some guys look at their "what if" girls, all perfect and without blemish.

Nor is standing emotionlessly on the sidelines like a dried out stump a requirement.

Not liking the coach & thinking we would be better off with another one does not qualify as hate.  But being an apologist & maintaining Gruden is the best & we'll be just great amounts to blind jock hugging. If he were only the OC he'd have hit the road a while ago.
