Pass.

Pretty much that is what they wanted for Cutler.

Big raise being the key point considering what we paid Clayton and what we gave Winslow.

That just tells me he is asking for an outrageous contract; otherwise, they would be trying to keep him.

IIRC, the Cards were in a pretty bad situation wrt cap space and signing players - especially on defense.

FWIW - we need some defensive starters...  keep the picks.

28 years old and will turn 29 in October. Has never been the fastest guy. Take a lot of hits. How much longer does anyone think he can keep it going?

If AB 2009 = AB 2008 then we're fine at receiver, at least #1 WR and I'm not sure tying up close to $20m on 2 WR's is the right way to go.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

I'd be willing to give up a 1st, and Alex Smith for him...but I'd prefer to pick a D-linemen like (English, Brown, Johnson) or CB (Davis, Jenkins)

Solid point.

His style of play is too similar to a RB to expect many more years of high-end production out of him.

They want picks, not our rejects.

Giants or Philly, but don't count out Dallas.
