I guess with the KWII trade, he was going to be the odd man out.

Since it's an undisclosed pick, I would imagine it's conditional, performance based as to which round the Bucs get.

My info is that they tried to trade him during the draft as well, with no serious offers.

Says we got a 6 or 7 from them. Good deal for them since anything they get in R6 or R7 won't be as good as Smith.
