Just saw tonight's episode...i keep watching the clock to see how much time is left.  Joe, how do you think NBC should jack up the #s for this show.  I am so tired of NBC canceling every show I like!  ( Third Watch, Joan of Arcadia and American Dreams).

I don't know Lady. I know how MTV could have jacked up TAD ratings but they just sat back and
watched the 2nd season slide away without adjusting. Things improved but only because the
content was better as the season went on. More drama...

Is FNL on the same time every week since the begginning?

Love the show- I thought it was getting good ratings. Has a great story line, great writing to let you get to know the characters, a very good cast of characters, and just the right mix of drama to keep you watching.

Dudes, up until I read this thread I never knew there was  a TV Show called Friday Night Lights. I know of the movie, but not the show. Is it available on DVD? now I'm curious.

While I never have used NBC.COM though my wife has, I do believe I would to catch a missed episode of this show.  It is just an extremely captivating and most realistic snapshot of that particular culture.     Truly worth the effort to watch the entire series.

I think it was a most interesting turn in the last part when becoming a  coach was suggested to Jason Street.  My wife is a big fan of Chandler.

JMHO but I think it really captures Texas or Rural High school football in a most realistic contemporary societal fashion.   Anyone else impressed with this show?

Haven't missed an episode yet. I hope it get's good ratings because I'd hate to see it end to quick like some of my other shows ( last season of rescue me this year :(  )
