Don't want to give too much away, but this movie was awesome. Just saw a special premiere of it tonight, I got in for free but it's worth the money haha. GO watch it when it comes out.

Looking forward to this one. Getting good reviews. Though I will be surprised if Travolta can top Robert Shaw in the original.

The original Pelham was great. How does this one compare to the original?

Actually, his is the 2nd remake. The first one was a made-for-tv, movie.

Looks good but I am not overly hyped to see it. Probably will enjoy this one once its released on DVD.

Never get too geeked on remakes. I didn't feel like there was anything "missing" from the first one that needed to be expanded upon.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.
If you think Manziel is the best QB in this draft I can safely assume you are an idiot and will treat you as such.

Looked weak in the previews.  I just can't Travolta seriously as a "tough guy"

Marty Balsam was good in the original as well.

Travolta can play a villain well if he gets into the part.

TBH...I had no idea there was an original.

Swordfish, Broken Arrow, Face/off, he played the villain well in those, it was the main character/good guy that hurt those movies.

Pulp Fiction?

The original starred Martin Balsam.  If you are of the younger set, you'd not recall the movie.  It was pretty "intense" for its time.  Great flick....you can probably still rent the thing somewhere.

yea, im def. the younger set haha. BTW I looked it up on imdb and the name of the guy Travolta plays changes from the orig. to the one now. I wonder what it was in the book.
