Both during the game, and later on the highlights on NFL Network, #80 was repeatedly referred to as Mark Clayton!  WTF?  Don't these guys do their homework? [banghead]

It pisses me off more when you hear people talking about Brad Gradkowski

I dont get it. Clayton was drafted higher, won a national championship as a #1 WR, and has accomplished more as a pro yet nobody mixes Mark Clayton up for Michael Clayton.

In the 80's Mark Clayton was a WR for the Dolphins, dude.  Him and Super Duper had some great years catching for Marino.

Sadly, this is becoming a weekly thread.  How hard can it possibly be to correct this with the announcers?

Uh, if the Mike and Bruce can put up good numbers from week to week, then all that will change.  Right now, they are playing like Brad and Mark.  Inconsistency is a bane.

You think that's bad, on the opening kickoff, Fox play-by-play man Brad Sham calls Matt Bryant "Bidwell".

When they start calling Joey Galloway 'Mark Duper' then I will think they have lost it totally, other wise its just name confusion not identity confusion.
