If I had to guess, It wouldn't be Josh Johnson cut when Freeman is signed.

I think they said 4 QB's to camp.

Who is it going to be?  Buie?

Is it me, or is it starting to get a bit odd that freeman hasen't been signed?

Need more signings a little above and a little below where he was signed before they will settle on a contract, IMO.

So, how many greenbacks do you think he'll get?

I'll start off by saying he makes maybe two-three mil more than McCown  :D.

22 mil?  Didnt Flacco only get around 12?  I can't see Freeman getting 22.

Dominik really seems to favor incentive based contracts. I can see a $19 million contract with escalators that could take it as high as $35 million.

And with the first pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers select Teddy Bridgewater, Quarterback, Louisville.

You may be right... my range was $18-$24M (including incentives)

Flacco -

7/16/2008: Signed a five-year, $11.9 million contract. The deal includes $8.75 million guaranteed. Another $17.9 million is available through incentives. 2009: $1.535 million, 2010: $710,000, 2011: $1.035 million, 2012: $1.36 million, 2013: Free Agent

But you have to factor in our cheapskate owners. Take a couple Mil off and we may be right on. I'll say around 17 at best.

A bit off topic, but since we're discussing Griese being gone...

My girlfriend really liked Griese for whatever reason (I think her dad was a fan of Bob) and she wanted a Bucs Griese jersey.  Any place I can get a cheap one now that he's gone?

After he signs with someone else. Or you can get an autographed one from the sports store for the same price lol.

Seriously, I'm almost sure there is SOMEONE here that'll gladly sell you their old one barely used.

I bet someone will pay you to take it off of their hands.
