But of course, but this is evidence that negotiations do work.  And no there isn't any buyer remorse given McCain's stance on foreign policy was outright absurd IMO.  Diplomacy was the staple of the Republican party for a long time showing strength in being able to talk to an adversary face to face.  Why they abandoned such a strong suit I will never truly understand to be honest.
