ESPN on their rumor mill is sayin Sheldon Souray may become available.  I don't know why because MTL in currently the 8th seed.

But, for me that would be a dream of a pick up.  Souray has a great shot from the point and would be amazing with Boyle on the blue line of our power play unit.

And Souray can fight too.  Souray and Roy on the same team?  WOW  Nobody would mess with the stars on the team, that is for sure.  Unless they have a death wish.

And I would love to get Modin back.  He was always one of my favorite players.  I know Brad Richards misses him on that 2nd line.

Souray would be a great fit, not sure what it would take to get him but perhaps Evgeni Artuykhin's rights? I'd rather hold onto Craig, but Prospal and Feddy are probably fair game since their contract numbers would matchup...also I love having Roy back, he may not be a great player as far as points and such, but nothing beats seeing him go head to head with some jabber screwing with Marty (since Vinny will take on nearly anyone including Chara and Iginla) and then seeing the guys go over and tap the penalty box with approving smiles.

I'd take Brewer or Souray, it's a shame Stuart got dealt to the Flames, none the less give me one of them and maybe Freddy Mo back and we'll be ready to roll.

Yeah Souray would be a nice consolation, but Brewer is my #1 priority.  Modin would be nice too if we could get 2 of them.

Same feelings here Ray, I hope we make the move before Atlanta or Carolina do.

Let's go Bolt's.. This team if it wins tonight against Washington will be 1 point behind Atlanta for first place.. Lecavalier and St Louis are playing lights out.. And Prospal and Richards are just now starting to make waves.. Holmqvist is a nice addition..

At least one of our teams still looks like it has championship potential..

Hope the Bucs turn it around soon.

Good game by Denis, total lack of focus in that last minute let Washington comeback, though nice job winning the shootout...3-2 Bolts, 1 pt back of first.

I can't believe Vinny of all people made that awful play throwing the puck into the middle of the defensive zone and allowing Washington to tie it up with 14 seconds left.

But, once again the guys show great resilliance and won in the shoot out.

Nice to see Denis play so well.  If we can have both goalies playing well down the stretch, this team could be playing well into baseball season......which bascially kicks off tomorrow with the Rays having pitchers and catchers reporting.  Woo Hoo!

Ah what a good set of days this could be if Dwight wins the dunk contest, Bolts take over first this weekend, Rays start......now if the Bucs just improve.....

Amen to that.  I don't live in Tampa anymore so I'm stuck with the 4 games a year in Philips and their 13000 fans.  Can't wait for the next one on Thursday.
