Keith Browner, Jackie Walker, Don Smith, etc, etc, etc.

All more productive for this team than Jackson.

True. Just meant that he's not lonely in the Hall of Second Round Misses.

How about the Throw.in Samoan.  I don't think we actually drafted him but cost us a first rounder

Honestly, anyone who would even suggest Dexter Jackson might be the worst pick in Bucs history obviously knows nothing about Bucs history.

Didn't draft Jack Thompson, but we did trade a #1 for him. There's another QB we gave a #1 for who wasn't much; Chris Chandler. Booker Reese I think we gave a future #1 to get his rights. We've had such an ugly history of bad picks/trades, Dexter isn't even top ten worst...
It'll be interesting to see if anyone signs Dexter once he's healthy. 49ers might if Crabtree doesn't get to camp soon. With that speed, somebody will grab him.

Not sure if anyone will remember him but we wasted a 3rd Rounder on Chris Colmer in the '05 Draft and he never even appeared in a preseason game for us.

Don't be ridiculous. There was a Dexter Jackson pick for the Buc's every year between 1980 and 1993.

Oh my gosh...I actually agree with playstatallamer. In must be chilly in hades...

BoJax.

I agree with these two (obvious) long-term Buc fans. The sting of the Hugh Culverhouse era dies a slow death and keeps all busts in perspective.

These two were the first I thought of = DJax may be a disappointment - the two previous (and possibly McCants) were major setbacks to the franchise.

DJax was a dissapointment that was solved by this years 7th round draft pick, last years FA steal, and a hopeful re-emergence of what could still be an even bigger BUST at WR...Mike Clayton.

Methinks Colmer was a "risk" pick.  His disease was supposed to be in remission. He passed his physical.

How about the 2 WR from UF who were drafted high and played low.

Not the worst, I can think of some crazy stupid picks in the past.
DJax just got drafted waaayyy to high, and the expectation that he could bring it to the house every punt return was the mind set that ruined his career. I hope he can get picked up from someone else with room to put him on the practice squad.

Yes, because they rankled me the whole time they were here.

Both Jacquez and Reidel contributed.   They were not complete busts.
