Worse than Lightning

Is this worse than when the Lightning hired and fired Melrose?  And are the Bucs worse off than the area hockey team?  At least the Rays have a clue about planning for the long haul.  The Bucs seem to make decisions based on which way the wind is blowing out in front of One Buc Place.  I used to see the Glazer boys at Dubliner during the middle of the day having a pint, they may need to be bellied up the entire season to drown out their sorrows.

Jagz will not be the first person ever to shine in an interview that he obviously blagged, only to struggle to meet expectations of the organisation that hired him. It happens all the time out here in the real world and not one of us wouldn't try it on if we were after a job we thought we could do. I think the team saw what had happened and made a move to fix the problem BEFORE it got any worse. Yes it is bad timing, yes it makes our team look foolish, but it also makes the management look like it has the balls to do what is needed and when it is needed. Also, would you rather this happen now rather than halfway through the season?

If anything this shows that the Bucs were aware of a problem and decided to fix it when they actually had a chance of making sure it could be fixed.
