Playing against Charleston Southern makes Tebow look impressive? LOL

As impressive as McCoy vs. UL-M, Jimmy Claussen vs. Nevada, Joe McKnight vs. SJSU, Jahvid Best vs. Maryland, etc..  A lot of teams played push-overs yesterday.

I think Tebow has looked pretty good against tough competition last season, and made some very impressive throws yesterday - no matter who the defense was.

McCoy doesn't have to read SEC defenses and doing what he did in 1 1/2 quarters makes Tebow very impressive.

I think the Big 12 D's have done pretty well when playing SEC offenses.

Outside of the Georgia game vs. OSU, I can only think of 2 games recently where Big 12/SEC matched up, and both Snead/Tebow did well.

The Georgia game is a somewhat understandable, as they are breaking in pretty much all new offensive skill players, with the QB (allegedly) having the flu.  Needless to say, they struggled.  But on the flip side, Zach Robinson looked nothing like the guy who lit up Big 12 defenses last year.

It's going to come down to McCoy and Tebow.

Oh voters love that little gold helmet. ND has a cheeseball schedule and are on TV every week. Don't overlook the power of old people thinking ND is still relevant.

All posts are opinions in case you are too stupid to figure that out on your own without me saying it over and over.

Bradford is probably done.  I hear he may be out for the season.  At best he's probably done 2 months, unless the Grade 2/3 sprain diagnosis is wrong and it's a grade 1.....

Stoops might be wishing he played his back-up more last season in those blow-outs.

Update - I added a few of the guys some of you mentioned and took off Bradford for now:

Jahvid Best:  17 carries, 144 yards, and 1 TD.  1 rec. TD.  59-7 Win vs. Eastern Washington
Season:  27 carries, 281 yards, and 3 TD.  1 rec. TD

Dez Bryant:  5 receptions, 85 yards, and 0 TD, with an 82 yard punt return TD.  35-45 Loss vs. Houston
Season:  8 receptions, 162 yards, and 2 TD.  1 punt return TD.

Jimmy Claussen:  25/42, 309 yards, 3 TD, and 0 Int.  34-38 Loss vs. Michigan
Season:  40/60, 651 yards, 7 TD, and 0 Int.

Max Hall:  24/32, 309 yards, 2 TD, and 1 Int.  54-3 Win vs. Tulane
Season:  50/70, 638 yards, 4 TD, and 3 Int.

Mark Ingram:  10 carries, 55 yards, and 1 TD.  40-14 Win vs. Florida International
Season:  36 carries, 205 yards, and 2 TD

Colt McCoy:  30/47, 337 yards, 3 TD, and 1 Int., with 1 rushing TD and 38 rushing yards. Played 3+ quarters, 41-10 Win vs. Wyoming
Season:  51/76, 654 yards, 5 TD, and 2 Int, with 1 rushing TD and 35 rushing yards.  Played 6+ quarters in 2 games

Joe McKnight:  16 carries, 61, and 0 TD, with 2 rec. for 45 yards.  18-15 Win vs. Ohio State
Season:  30 carries, 206 yards, and 2 TD, with 3 rec. for 66 yards

Tim Tebow:  15/24, 237 yards, 4 TD, and 0 Int, with 1 rushing TD and 71 rushing yards.  56-6 Win vs. Troy, played 2.5 quarters
Season:  25/39, 425 yards, 5 TD, and 0 Int, with 2 rushing TD and 72 rushing yards.  Played 4 quarters through 2 games.

McCoy and Tebow appear to be the front-runners.  Claussen has the numbers, but the loss to Michigan will hurt him - even though his Defense lost it.

McCoy has an edge over Tebow in that a lot of Heisman voters will be biased against giving someone a second trophy.

Tebow isnt a frontrunner until he plays against legit competition.

It would be foolish to have a discussion about the Heisman Trophy without mentionig Tebow.

He is definitely a frontrunner to win it.

By those standards, who is a frontrunner after 2 weeks?
