Doesn't look any better to me...

The Bucs have a decent T.E. in Smith.  They have a great younger RB in Caddy.  They have a better O-line building up.  They have a QB who is on Par with Leinart right now.  They have a Clayton who might be waking up from a Soph. Slumber.  And Stove is a big target that has a lot of upside.

I think the Bucs have just as much upside as the Cards do, and they are in about the same 1 win predicament as the Cards are.  Feel free to reply to that.
