The reason that the NFL could not suspend the Williams Wall in Minnesota is because a state law prevents them from doing so. (it has something to do with the law preventing the plaintiff's employer from working etc...)
To add to what Booker Reese said, the reason that the defensive ends in New Orleans havent been suspended, is because they took the same diuretic. The NFL made a really dumb move by doing this. They basically said if they couldnt suspend them all, they wont suspend any. (until they can)
T Jax, DID NOT take this diuretic. As far as I know, we werent even told what substance it was for, but rumors have said that it may be marijuana.
Appealing your suspension has nothing to do with getting it overturned (unless its unfair in the case of the diuretic)
