Berry sure was impressive this week playing against a decent amount of Pro prospects on Florida's offense. As was mentioned he can probably be had with a higher pick than I expect we will have. If we do have a top 5 pick maybe we can trade down a bit, and still get Berry plus another 2nd or 3rd rounder.

Berry's a terrific player but we really need a pass rusher. I'm not sure Dunlap is the answer, though.

Dunlap hasn't impressed me this year (and I've seen every game). Rather have Suh, Cody, That big ol NT from Tenn (Dan Williams), or the DEs from UConn or GT that already have 6+ sacks this year.

Berry is a damn good S/CB but getting a Safety with a top 5 pick is a reach. If we could trade down to the 10-12 range, pick up some more picks, and get him there, I'd call that an A+ draft.

Has he really produced though? I remember Gaines in college was an absolute beast of a de. He looked invisible this past week. My choice would be between Berry, Suh, Bryant, or one of the RBs this team lacks a true homerun hitter.

He had 9.5 sacks as a true sophomore last season. He's yet to really get it going this season. There's a lot of money on the line for him. Adams didn't have 9.5 sacks in a season until he was a redshirt junior.

If he added a TD/game to our O, we'd still be 0-2 looking at a horrid season. Losing 34-28 to Dallas instead of 34-21 or 33-27 instead of 33-20 to Buffalo is still losing.

I'd rather win twenty something to ten thru D than lose by any score.

No, he hasn't.  

But to be fair to Dunlap, he (and most of Florida's other starters) barely played during the first 2 games of the season, and Tennessee only dropped back to pass 19 times (about 17 of which were quick passes) so I'm not sure what should have been expected from him on Saturday.

Last season he only started 2 of the 14 games Florida played and recorded 13.5 tackles for loss and 9.5 QB sacks.  He's an impressive player.  I'll wait for the remaining 10-11 games to be played before I write him off as a Gaines Adams.

Safety is not a position of need on this team. Games are won and lost in the trenches in this league. We NEED help on the d-line more than anything. We have talent at the safety position already in Sabby and T-Jax. If we can begin to impose our will at the line of scrimmage, then everything else will fall into place.

First, AB isn't going anywhere. Second a few teams have Won SuperBowls with worse WRs than Clayton (NE, Baltimore, NYG, Miami, Skins) but NO team has even made it to the show with a crappy D.

We take Dez Bryant and we are the Bengals, we get D line in order and we are winners.

When Indy won the superbowl the turning point was when their all pro safety returned.  last year the steelers won with troy.  Safety may be underrated by some.
